Approve replies without leaving Slack
Hobson posts drafts that need a decision to a Slack channel you choose. Approve or reject them right there, or open one in Hobson to edit. SLA warnings and breaches post to the same channel, or one of their own.
What Hobson does with Slack
- Approve or reject in the channel
- Each approval request has Approve, Edit and Reject buttons. Edit opens the draft in Hobson.
- Matched to your teammates
- Hobson matches the person who clicks to their Hobson account by email, so the audit log shows who approved.
- SLA alerts
- Warnings before a target is missed and a message when it is breached, each with a link to the conversation.
- A separate alerts channel
- Send SLA alerts to their own channel from Settings › SLAs, or keep them with approvals.
