You hear from us at 80% and again at 100% of your monthly conversations. At the limit, Hobson stops drafting replies to new conversations until you upgrade or the next month starts. Messages keep arriving and your team can still reply, so the bill never changes without you choosing to.

Pricing questions

One customer’s thread, however many messages go back and forth, on any channel. Imported history and spam don’t count. Deleting a conversation doesn’t give it back.

Yes. Annual plans cost ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free. Your conversation allowance still resets each month.

Yes, at any time from Settings. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes. If you handle more than 25,000 conversations a month, get in touch and we will put together an Enterprise plan.
