Keep your Gmail address. Get a helpdesk behind it.

Connect your support mailbox with Google sign-in. Hobson picks up new emails as they arrive, drafts each reply and sends it from your own address once approved, so customers see no change. No DNS records to add.

What Hobson does with Gmail

New email arrives straight away
Google tells Hobson the moment an email lands in the inbox, so there’s no polling delay.
Replies from your own mailbox
Approved replies send through Gmail from your address and appear in your Sent folder. Send-as aliases become From options too.
Your signature, kept
Hobson reads your Gmail signature so replies end the way they always have.
Learns your voice from past replies
Import your mailbox history from Settings and Hobson builds a tone profile from your best replies, plus your customers, tags and categories.
