When they ship, you'll add an endpoint URL in Settings and choose the events you want, such as a new conversation, a customer reply or a sent reply.
- Each delivery is signed so you can check it came from Hobson.
- Payloads carry event and object ids, not message content. Fetch the details you need with your API key.
- Failed deliveries are retried with backoff.
Until then, poll the API on a schedule that stays within your rate limit.
